The Trainer
I have always loved being physically active. It is something that I have enjoyed doing so when I really started exercising regularly, the habit was easily formed.

Running had become a huge passion of mine and I loved everything about training and races but it was after my third child that I started doing home workout programs. The love quickly grew and I became an online fitness coach. Helping other people begin their journey, stay accountable, and coach along the way filled my cup so much during those early years of my four children's lives.

Shortly after I became qualified in my first certification, Core de Force, a bodi kickboxing program. I ran classes in our sunroom with friends and loved those Brawlers. I soon began teaching at a gym in Stoney Creek where I taught cardio, weights, boxing, trx, spin, and bootcamp classes.

Teaching there furthered my passion to learn as an instructor. I became trained in teaching trx classes and then became certified as a group fitness instructor with the organization @revelationwellness . I have since become certified through @acefitness as a group fitness instructor.
